Tulips 2 Script

The finished element is approx 1000 x 2050 and at 300 DPI easy to re-size. 
A fully interactive and highly detailed script. 
No outside plug-ins or filters are needed, just sit back and watch it go, 
couldn't be simpler. It has been thoroughly tested in PSP9 
through to PSP 2018 and PSP 2019, instructions for installation are included. 
This script allows you to pick 2 different colors for the frosting.
