They can only be used as CU in a KIT & NOT RESOLD as a stand-alone Tube in Original format.   
If the tube is used in a KIT the Kit MUST 
contain 50 or MORE Elements & at least 6 Papers! 

They can only be used as CU in a KIT & PU for a personal tag.
